Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to Services provided by C & L Executive Travel Limited ( C L )

In These Conditions :
These conditions mean the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document, and any special conditions agreed upon between the client and C & L.
The Client means the person who accepts the quotation from the service provider either by direct booking or on behalf of the Client. These can be in the form of, email, message, telephone call, or any social media platform.

Quotation means a price given by C & L for the journey as requested by the client.

The Client shall purchase the service provided by the C & L in accordance with any quotation or offer from the service provider which is accepted by the client.

The client accepts these terms and conditions by placing a reservation or booking with C & L

The service provider reserves the right to make any changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

C & L may without prior notice amend the vehicle quoted to any other Executive Vehicle suitable for the journey and party
size.

The price of the service shall be the price quoted at the date of acceptance by the client.

Once the price is accepted by the client a copy of the invoice will be emailed out to the client for checking all details are
correct. If there are any amendments to be made to the booking the service provider must be notified within 24hrs of
accepting the invoice so all amendments can be made on our booking system. The amendments will then be sent back to the
client showing the changes they have made.

A deposit of £25 is required to secure any booking made with the service provider and payment in full for the complete
the journey made prior to collection.

All deposits are fully refundable and any payment in full is fully refundable in the event of the holiday or journey being
cancelled. In every event, the cancellation must be made 48 hrs before your journey to prevent a cancellation fee which is the
deposit taken at the time of booking.

C & L cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to luggage or any other belongings of its passengers.
In the event of a breakdown of any vehicle C & L will contact the recovery company to assist with onward travel.

We the service provider will always prioritise the outward journey for its clients in the event of delays due to circumstances
out of their control. The return clients will be found alternative transfer homes which will be organised by the service provider.

All of our journeys carry a soiling policy which is applied to all vehicles. The soiling charge is £250 paid for by the client
( Soiling being, sick, damage to any part of the vehicle, cleaning charges in excess of normal valet ).

At the time of making a booking, the service provider will discuss the type of vehicle suitable for the journey. If the client
requests an alternative then there may be an additional cost applied which will be accepted by the client at the time of making
the booking.

Once the client has accepted the invoice they are agreeing to all terms and conditions of the service provider C & L
